Terms of Use for VPN Chroma
This agreement is between you and VPN Chroma regarding virtual private network
communications services, associated services, and functionalities provided by VPN
Chroma. This service is intended for anonymity and privacy, not for facilitating criminal
activities. You must comply with the laws in the jurisdiction from which you access the
service and the jurisdiction to which you connect.
Before installing VPN Chroma applications, carefully review these terms and conditions.
By proceeding with the installation, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you
disagree, you should stop the installation and delete or remove all VPN Chroma
applications from your device.
Prohibited Activities
You are prohibited from using the service for activities like sending spam, conducting port
scans, searching for open proxies or relays, distributing opt-in emails, unsolicited emails,
or any form of mass emailing, even if relayed through another server. Additionally, you
agree not to use our service to initiate pop-ups or engage in attacks against any
computers or networks.
Service Availability and Quality
Service availability, speed, locations, and quality may change without notice. VPN Chroma
aims to maintain availability except during brief maintenance periods. However, service
interruptions may occur due to emergencies, third-party service failures, network issues,
interference, or signal strength. We are not responsible for data loss, delayed or
misdirected messages, or interruptions due to performance issues with the service or
communications networks.
User Responsibilities
Network speed is approximate and does not guarantee specific service or data
transmission speeds. Actual network performance varies due to factors like configuration,
compression, and network congestion. We do not ensure the accuracy or timeliness of
data received; delays or omissions may occur.
You must avoid hacking, cracking, spreading viruses, engaging in fraudulent activities, or
any activities deemed illegal or harmful, as these can lead to suspension or termination of
the service. Users must configure their services securely and are responsible for any
damage caused by negligence or failure to secure their services, whether intentional or
accidental.
Fair Usage Policy
Although we do not enforce bandwidth or data usage limits on individual users, the service
is subject to a fair usage policy. Usage resembling bot behavior, creating an excessive
load on the network, or consuming an unreasonable amount of bandwidth, especially over
extended periods, may be considered abusive or unfair. We reserve the right to suspend
or terminate the accounts of users who engage in such practices.
Liability Limitations
We reserve the right to set usage or service limits, suspend service, or restrict certain

or performance issues due to factors beyond our control do not entitle you to
compensation or refunds.
